Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Nexscale AI applications available on Google Play. By installing, accessing, or using any Nexscale AI app you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 13 years old and have authority to accept these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
License and Usage
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the apps on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or allow unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may uninstall the apps to terminate this agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updates are posted within the app and on this website.
