This Privacy Policy explains how Nexscale AI ("we", "our", "us") collects, stores, and uses information inside our Google Play applications including Promoto and Remote. Installing or using our apps means you consent to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
Our apps collect the minimum information required to operate. Promoto stores on-device preferences such as saved prompts or personalized filters. Remote may request local network permission to locate Fire TV devices. We do not collect personally identifiable information, financial data, or sensitive device identifiers unless explicitly noted inside the app.
How We Use Information
Usage data strictly enhances product functionality—for example remembering prompt categories, keeping your remote layout in sync, or understanding anonymized crash logs. We never sell data to third parties. Limited aggregated analytics may be reviewed internally to prioritize roadmap improvements.
Third-Party Services
Some builds integrate Google Play Services (for licensing and crash reporting) and Firebase (for optional analytics). These vendors process data under their own policies. Links to their documentation are provided within the in-app settings whenever a service is active.
